Membership Operations Lead – London Launch

Delano London is seeking an organised and proactive Membership Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Members Club. You will ensure seamless onboarding, accurate administration and exceptional hospitality for members using hotel and club facilities.

You will oversee CRM systems, payments, and member data while reporting to the Director of Membership, shaping the member experience from day one and collaborating with hotel operations, Finance, IT and Brand teams.
