Director of Legal, Governance & Compliance

Bury Council is seeking an ambitious, experienced leader to join as Assistant Director of Legal and Governance, a pivotal role in setting strategic direction across legal services, registrations, information governance and compliance.

As Deputy Monitoring Officer, you will ensure lawful operation, high governance standards and ethical conduct while working with Members, senior leaders and partners across the Council and Bury Safeguarding Partnership Business Unit.
