Stealth Startup – Deep Tech is seeking a highly experienced specialist to help design and optimize the architecture of advanced semiconductor devices. You will work on manufacturing, design and implementation and have the opportunity to influence all chip components through epitaxy, cross-domain optimisations, and wafer analysis.
Responsibilities include advancing epitaxy layer optimisation, cross-domain optimisations across electronics I/O and thermal management, and ensuring wafer reliability.
