NEC4 Quantity Surveyor – Defence Infra (Glasgow, Hybrid)

NRL Ltd in Glasgow seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 Professional Services Contract experience to support a major defence infrastructure programme. The role is hybrid with on-site presence 3-5 days per week and falls inside IR35, offered via umbrella or PAYE.
