Broker Growth & Partnerships Manager (Travel)

Aviva is seeking a Broker Development Manager to strengthen broker relationships across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. You’ll join our UKGI North East Broker Development team, working from home with regular regional travel to build partnerships and drive growth.

You’ll lead external engagement, manage sales pipelines (Salesforce a plus) and provide insights to shape strategy. The role demands strong communication, strategic thinking and an analytical mindset.
