Head of People & Culture — Luxury Hospitality Leader

The Headland is seeking a brilliant Head of People & Culture to shape our culture and capability at a luxury Cornwall hotel. You will lead a small team, work directly with the Managing Director and attend Board meetings, and help our 250-strong mix of full and part-time colleagues thrive.

This is a senior, influential role with a seat at the table, combining strategic conversations with coaching frontline leaders and ensuring exceptional service through people-first initiatives.
