Demand Planning Lead – FMCG, S&OP & Forecasting

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Demand Manager to join the Supply Chain team at the Ochils site in Blackford. You will shape how we plan and forecast customer demand across the business, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to provide an accurate view of future demand.

You will own the demand planning process, lead the monthly S&OP reviews and deliver insights to inform production, capacity and inventory decisions.
