Associate Director, Accounting & Financial Reporting

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director for our Reading office to lead accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will drive business development in collaboration with the Partner Group, coach and develop our AFR team, and ensure high-quality IFRS/FRS102 reporting for clients ranging from private corporates to PE-owned groups.

You’ll manage project budgets, working capital, and billings while nurturing client relationships and leading teams to deliver premium services.
