Online Shopping & Delivery Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Online Manager to lead our in-store online picking and delivery team. You will be a visible leader, coaching shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless, safe shopping experience for all customers and colleagues.

You will partner with other store managers to ensure overall shopping experience success, manage performance and disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay accuracy.
