Employee Relations Leader | Hybrid Work & Growth Focus

Oliver Bonas is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join Team OB in our Support Office. You will lead a small team of advisers, provide expert ER guidance, coach managers, and support Retail and Warehouse teams to drive commercially aware and legally compliant decisions.

Based in our Tolworth office with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days home), you’ll work closely with the Head of People to embed OB values and enhance employee experience across the business.
