Mental Health Support Worker – Part-Time, 22.5h/wk

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Worker to join the East Cheshire North Supported Housing team in Middlewich. The role is part-time (22.5 hours over three days) and permanent, with a pro rata salary of £25,877.80 to £30,868.31 per year.

You will support people with mental health needs and complex housing situations, helping them build independence, manage budgeting, and access local services. You’ll work in a caring team that values person-centered approaches and safeguarding.
