Deputy Store Manager: Lead Team & Store Ops

Lidl in Langley Mill, Derbyshire, is hiring a Deputy Store Manager on a full-time basis. You’ll lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, support the Store Manager, manage deliveries, stock, and KPIs, and uphold Lidl’s standards.

Salary £38,000–£46,000 per year, with 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, pension, ongoing training and enhanced family leave. Lidl supports progression and diverse, inclusive teams.
