Senior Local Government Litigation Counsel

Mid Sussex District Council’s legal team is expanding and seeking a Principal Litigation Solicitor to lead complex matters across licensing, environmental health, housing, debt recovery, judicial review and general litigation. You will act as a trusted adviser to Members and staff, manage day-to-day supervision of the legal team, and represent the Council at courts and inquiries.

The post requires a fully qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with local government
