Senior Legal & Governance Leader – Local Government

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Strategic Legal Manager to lead and directly manage multiple legal teams across Adults, Education and People Services. You will develop and oversee governance strategy, providing senior direction to inform service governance and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will engage with senior and statutory officers, elected members and partners to deliver a high-quality legal service, based in Preston. This is a senior leadership role with strategic impact.
