Growth Lead: Marketplace Acquisition & Referrals (Hybrid London)

Ultimate Asset is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own the acquisition engine for a high-velocity online marketplace with a mature channel mix. The role spans from identifying advertisers to their first listing, combining paid search, paid social, SEO and experimental tactics in a hybrid London setting.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and help shape the growth playbook, including building a referral/advocacy program from scratch and hiring an SEO/AEO specialist.
