Enable Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major highways and civil engineering programme covering Luton and M25 Junction 14.

The role will involve managing highways, excavation and civils works, with water sector experience highly desirable.

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
• Strong experience managing highways and excavation works
• Water industry experience desirable
• Ability to manage subcontractors, plant and labour on live sites
• Excellent health & safety knowledge

Duties:

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordination of labour, plant and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
• Managing permits, RAMS and site documentation
• Liaising with clients, engineers and project teams
