What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar HR partnering role
- Experience working autonomously supporting key stakeholders
- Strong ability to problem solve, influence and think strategically
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices CIPD level 5 or above
- Confidently communicate, coach and build strong relationships
