Project Surveyor – Planned Works Lead (Social Housing)

WPS is recruiting an experienced Project Surveyor to lead the commercial management of a multi-stream planned works programme for a high-profile social housing client. You will oversee kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, externals, and windows/refurbishments, ensuring cost control, value, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with operations, the client, and supply chain partners to drive on-site delivery safely within budget, from pre-contract through final accounts.
