Senior Children’s Residential Care Lead

Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Liverpool to join our Children’s Residential team. You will lead care for children with complex needs, ensuring safe, therapeutic support and excellent outcomes. The role involves shift management, mentoring staff, and liaising with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement.
