Senior Block Manager — 20-Block Portfolio, In-Office

Townsends in Northwood is seeking an Experienced Block Manager to join its growing, owner-managed team. This is a full-time, in-person role working Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.

You will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned developments, manage budgets and reporting to clients, conduct site inspections, and maintain strong stakeholder communication via AGMs, emails, calls and meetings. You will handle a portfolio of around 20 blocks within 3 miles of the office.
