Regional QA Manager – Elevate Care Quality

Voyage Care is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead regional quality audits and drive service improvement across the national portfolio. The role combines quality assurance, coaching and strategic development, working closely with Service Managers, Operations Leaders and frontline teams to ensure safe, person-centred care and compliance with regulatory standards.
