AssocRICS / MRICS Residential Surveyor – Remote working
Our client is an independent surveying practice seeking Residential Surveyors across the UK. The work is primarily Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with some Level 1 surveys and private valuation instructions depending on your experience.
You’ll work remotely, carrying out local inspections and producing clear, thorough reports. The practice offers day-to-day support and ongoing training, with an emphasis on quality reporting and a manageable workload.
The anticipated basic salary is in the region of £45,000 – £60,000 approx, depending on experience and location, plus a monthly bonus. Potential total earnings are approximately £55,000 – £80,000.

Areas of committed focus:
- RICS Valuation Surveyors (UK wide) — short and longer form reporting, private and secured lending, all sectors.
- RICS Residential Building Surveyors (UK wide) — Level 2 and Level 3 reporting.
