Data & Systems Administrator — Recruitment Analytics (Hybrid)

Busy Bees is recruiting a Data & Systems Administrator to support Talent Acquisition with recruitment data, reporting and system administration. The role is hybrid, with 1 day per week at the Burntwood head office, and involves owning recruitment data, building reports and maintaining the ICIMS ATS.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, People team and hiring managers to improve reporting, streamline processes and maximise recruitment tech use.
