IP Operations Specialist – Birmingham Law Firm

We have partnered with a superb Birmingham based Law Firm who are looking for an IP Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is a brilliant opportunity to provide administrative, technical and workflow support to a thriving Law Firm. To be successful you must have a prior background within IP and be familiar with terminology and processes, along with experience in workflow management and process improvement. Having superb attention to detail is key along with being a proactive and driven individual as you will be expected to support with team development.

• Providing guidance and support with processes, procedures, and administrative best practice.
• Monitoring workflow and reporting to the Manager on team capacity and productivity.
• Administrative and secretarial support across the firm.
