Blue Sky Brokers is seeking a dedicated personal assistant to support a 30-year-old woman with epilepsy, learning disabilities and autism. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines and activities, and promote independence.
You will follow individual care plans, assist with personal care and daily living tasks, monitor health needs, manage medications per procedures, respond to seizures, and encourage participation in the community.
