Senior Home Manager – Nursing Home Leader (Winchester)

Colten Care is seeking a Home Manager for Abbotts Barton in Winchester, a 63-bed care home rated Good by CQC. This senior role leads the home’s team and resources to deliver a dignified, fulfilling life for residents.

You’ll work with the Clinical Lead to ensure care and service quality meets high standards and regulators’ expectations, while building occupancy and community links. A Level 5 Diploma or NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable.
