Branch Banking Customer Experience Specialist

The Cambridge Building Society is seeking a customer-focused branch colleague in Cambridge. You will welcome customers, handle cash, resolve account queries and explain products with enthusiasm.

Working Monday to Friday full-time (36.25 hours) with a requirement to work at least 26 Saturdays per year. A dedicated training plan will develop your knowledge and skills, with potential to rise to £27,000 as accreditation levels progress.
