Community Staff Nurse – Home & Wound Care (Band 5)

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Nantwich is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Community Team in Nantwich and Rural. The post is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, covering a 7-day service, including weekends. Applicants should have UK driving licence and car access.
