Key Responsibilities
face-to-face teaching across Business programmes.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements.
Teach and support learners across relevant
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with college and awarding body requirements.
Support learners with their academic development and progression.
Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement.
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Relevant Business industry experience or subject expertise.
Experience teaching or lecturing
Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for education and supporting learners to achieve their potential.
The ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
A relevant Business-related degree or teaching qualification would be advantageous.

Level 2 and Level 3 Business programmes
Relevant vocational and academic Business courses
Learners
Further Education learners.
Learners working towards Business qualifications and progression into employment, higher education or further study.
