Hybrid ICT Support Technician: Service Desk & AV

The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow offers a hybrid role focused on ICT support across all equipment, systems and services, with a strong emphasis on service desk operations and AV support. The post enables up to 50% home working, while remaining primarily based at the College.

We seek a proactive, technically skilled individual with at least two years in 1st/2nd line support, able to own tasks end-to-end, work well in a team, and continuously improve support practices.
