Youth Housing & Employment Support Officer

Talent Finder is seeking an Advice & Support Officer to assist young people (16-25) in Croydon’s temporary accommodation with visits and remote support. You will help build networks, access employment opportunities and move toward secure, long-term homes, working with the local Employment Service and community partners.

We require a proactive, compassionate approach, safeguarding knowledge and the ability to maintain detailed records. A DBS check and right to work in the UK are essential.
