What You’ll Do as a General Manager
- Lead from the front delivering exceptional guestexperiences and being the face of the restaurant.
- Drive performance achieving and exceeding brandand restaurant goals.
- Working closely with Operations Manager and restaurant teams across the North West to support our people, strengthen our teams, and deliver great results.
- Inspire& develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturinginternal talent.
- Ensure safety & compliance keeping therestaurant running smoothly and legally.
- Be commercially aware understanding how everydecision impacts the wider business.
