Student Recruitment & Outreach Specialist – Early Finish Fridays

Juniper Training is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to help grow student cohorts across our centres. In this role, you will recruit, advise, and support students, working closely with schools and agencies to guide learners onto our training programmes.

You will use outreach, events, and digital channels to promote pathways and apprenticeships, interview candidates, and complete paper-based administration, ensuring targets are met at our Telford centre.
