Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner – Education

Michael Page is partnering with a growing education sector organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner, based from the Head Office in Coventry. This role offers hybrid working of around three days on site each week.

You will own the full recruitment life cycle across the UK, sourcing, screening and interviewing teachers, support staff and corporate professionals, while building a strong talent pipeline and using data to improve hiring outcomes.
