Cardiac Surgery HDU Senior Nurse — Leadership & Training

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for the Cardiac Surgery High Dependency Unit (HDU). You will work in a four-bed HDU caring for Level 2 cardiac surgical patients and participate in the ERAS programme, chest drain management, monitoring, and pacing support.

You will lead within a small team under the guidance of a senior nurse, with opportunities for mentorship, education, and protocol development, and bespoke educational packages
