Complex Needs Recovery Support Worker

Hestia is seeking a Support Worker for our Complex Needs Service in Tower Hamlets. The role focuses on preparing service users to move towards independent living in the community, starting from the outset of tenancy and guiding recovery and independence over an agreed period.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, supporting individuals with mental health and dual diagnosis needs, ensuring safeguarding and collaboration with NHS and other services.
