We are recruiting keen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our Extra Care Service, located in Hare Hill, Littleborough, to ensure that the residents’ needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within our Extra Care Services.
Job specification
Visit residents within our Extra Care Services, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
Provide personal care to clients.
Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support to residents.
Share necessary and appropriate information with the Team Leader/Manager.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Fully comply with Company policies, procedures, and approved practices, and promote the aims of the Company.
Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
