Recruitment Opportunities is seeking a qualified solicitor or barrister to join Luton Council’s governance team. You will provide high-quality legal advice on Adult Social Care, manage a varied caseload, and represent the Council in Court of Protection proceedings and tribunal hearings.
The role requires at least four years PQE and a current practising certificate in England, with strong knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and data protection law. Based in Town Hall, Luton.
