Inclusion Officer – Adolescent Early Support (Hybrid)

Lambeth Council is recruiting an Inclusion Officer for the Adolescent Early Support Team in South London. The role focuses on preventing escalation by engaging with 11-18 year olds and linking them to community activities, mentoring and local services.

You will build partnerships with voluntary organisations, promote inclusion and help shape an innovative early intervention model within a research-informed framework. This is a fixed-term 12-month role with hybrid working.
