Hybrid HR Officer — People & Policy Support

wed2b is seeking an organised HR Officer to join our Milton Keynes Head Office. Hybrid working is available for this full-time temporary role with a path to permanency, involving 39 hours per week.

You will support colleagues and managers across retail stores and central functions, delivering a first-class HR service across the employee lifecycle. You’ll provide first-line HR advice, manage employee records, support recruitment, and liaise with payroll.
