Are you experienced in stock control and inventory management? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Stock Control Operative to join our team in MK42 6EA.Conduct stock checks, PI counts and regular stocktakesInvestigate and resolve stock discrepanciesMaintain accurate stock records and stock integrityWork closely with warehouse teams and customersOperate warehouse management systems (WMS)Support warehouse operations and meet customer KPIsFollow health and safety procedures and quality standards
Minimum 12 months of stock control or inventory experienceExperience with stock audits, cycle counts and stock investigationsGood IT skills and knowledge of warehouse management systemsStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureScissor Lift experience preferred; training will be provided

– 30-minute unpaid break
– 15-minute paid break
– Expected hours: 40.0 per week
