GXO Logistics is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our Bristol warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellence. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00–18:00 with some flexibility, at our Bristol site.
Key duties include leading shift teams, briefing daily priorities, inventory control via WMS, payroll data maintenance in Oracle/Kronos, and reporting to senior management and clients. £40k max salary, 24 days leave, pension, life assurance.
