Site Manager with a strong background in roofing and knowledge of solar PV installations
to join a growing business on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage roofing projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance.
Monitor project progress, deadlines and workmanship.
Work with teams delivering roofing and solar installation projects.
Requirements:Proven experience in a Site Manager role within roofing.
Good knowledge and understanding of solar PV installations.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Good understanding of site health & safety and compliance.
Ability to manage teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
