Senior Lean Transformation & Operations Leader

Arabelle Solutions, part of EDF Group, is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead lean transformation at the Rugby site, driving KPI-based improvements and daily management systems. You will coach cross-functional teams, promote Kaizen events, and deploy standard work to reduce waste and lead times, including Naval scope.
