Job Description

• Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Identify trends and variances to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Analyst should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance.
• Preferred business partnering experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

What’s on Offer

• Salary between £42,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office.
• Permanent position based in Wisley.
