Community Health Exercise Lead

Chelsea FC Foundation–Community is seeking an Exercise Specialist to lead delivery across Population Health Programmes, developing and delivering specialist group exercise for long-term health conditions.

The role collaborates with partner agencies and NHS Trusts to recruit participants, identify progression routes, and improve health equity in our local community. The post will involve planning sessions, safeguarding, and monitoring with in-house systems.
