As our business continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
The Role
We are looking for a personable, confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse collection of fine jewellery, engagement and wedding rings, and luxury watches in a well-established, independent family business.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, relaxed and memorable experience for every customer. From helping someone select the perfect engagement ring to guiding an experienced watch collector through their next purchase, you will provide knowledgeable, attentive and personalised service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, valued and confident in their purchase.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance across our collections of fine jewellery, diamonds, engagement rings, wedding rings and luxury watches.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products, brands and services through ongoing training.
- Assist with the presentation and merchandising of our boutiques to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Support colleagues with the day-to‑day running of the business.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail sales, ideally within jewellery, watches or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The confidence to build relationships and understand individual customer needs.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- An interest in fine jewellery, diamonds or luxury watches.
Previous jewellery or watch experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to providing exceptional service.
