School Estates & Facilities Manager

EIAT is recruiting a Site Manager for Mayfield School to lead the estates development and ensure safe, compliant environments for pupils aged 3–19 with SEND. The role is based mainly at Mayfield, with potential work across other Trust premises.

The ideal candidate will have school/site experience, strong health & safety knowledge, budget oversight, and the ability to work collaboratively within a Trust Estates team. DBS required; early/late hours may be needed.
