Residential Children’s Services Deputy Manager – Lead & Develop

Lancashire County Council in Lytham is hiring a Children’s Residential Deputy Manager to lead teams across residential settings. The role combines operational oversight with direct care, ensuring care plans, outcomes, and regulatory requirements are met.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm, and partner with the Home Manager. A QCF/NVQ Leadership & Management qualification and 3+ years in residential children’s services are expected, along with a valid driving licence.
