Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts, Training & Support

Farnham Common House in Farnham Common, near Slough, is seeking a caring Carer / Care Assistant to join our resident-focused team. You will support daily routines and personal care, helping residents feel safe, respected and valued in a warm, home-like environment.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care, offer induction training and ongoing development, and provide flexible full-time or part-time shifts.
